Easy Baked Kale Chips
These kale chips are crunchy, savory and delicious. A healthy alternative snack to potato chips.

Ingredients

Kale
Olive Oil
pinch
Salt
Instructions
Break up the kale into a large bowl. Try not to get the thick stems.
Drizzle with olive oil. Just enough oil to coat each piece.
Salt to taste.
Lay the kale out on a half sheet pan. Give the kale enough room to bake properly. Generally, 1/2 head of kale per pan.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 40 minutes or until crispy.
