Turkey Puppets with Thankful Messages – A Thanksgiving Craft
Thankful Turkey Puppets are the perfect last minute Thanksgiving craft for the kids! They only take a few minutes to make and are so fun. My kids will be showing their turkeys to their family on Thanksgiving and telling them everything they are grateful for. I think they came up with some wonderful things to be thankful for.
You will need:
Feathers – You can make them out of construction paper too!
Brown Paper Lunch Bags
Googly Eyes
Tape or Glue
Orange and Red Construction Paper
Marker
Start by taping or gluing the feathers on the back of the bag.
I cut an orange beak and red snood out of construction paper and we put 2 big googly eyes on the front. Then we wrote what the kids were thankful for. You could simply make a list of things too!
